Fully automatic roll to roll screen printing press has functions of automatic feeding, fix-length pulling, and automatic winding. The two servo systems respectively ensure the printing precision and printing quality. It adopts combination type, offering convenience for attaching UV curing device and expanding printing realm.

Fully automatic roll to roll screen printing press is applicable to the precise screen printing of rolling materials including PET, PVC, PC, BOPP plastic films, adhesive sticker, transfer paper, self-adhesive trademark, non-woven fabric, car label, nameplate, membrane switch and key, static grid, IML, IMO, etc.

Fully automatic roll to roll screen printing press features easy operation and high automation degree, saving labor and time. It adopts Japan Omron PLC controller and Omron touch screen. The material charging is conducted by inflatable rollers. Material feeding and winding is controlled by optoelectronic device, avoiding surface scratch of printed materials. The automatic dust-removal device improves printing quality and reduces defect ratio. Static elimination device is optional. The printing table is equipped with vacuum absorption and blowback function. The scraper adopts constant-pressure and anti-droppage devices to ensure the evenness of printing pressure and homogeneity of ink layer on the screen plate. The screen plate clamper is in active cantilever style, easy for displacement adjustment.

The printing heat of this screen printing press is driven by servo motor combined with precision guide rail. It features smooth start-stop and stable scarping speed, ensuring the evenness of ink layer. The color register is accurate and stable, controlled by PLC controller and German SICK color mark sensor. The adjusting precision of the sensor reaches 0.005mm due to the millesimal adjusting meter. The screen adjustment is conducted by precision screw. The register guide ruler helps the fast register of screen pattern.

The material traction is driven by a servo motor. The traction length is set through touch screen and precisely controlled by color mark sensor. The material rewinding is optoelectronically controlled. The screen printing press will stop when material is used up. The speed in converted steplessly to avoid the surface scratch of printed surface. The close-type drying container has a good heat insulation performance, thus reducing energy loss. The hanging type circulation drying heats the material evenly, preventing material distortion and deformation.

Note: Printing section includes feeding machine, feed bin, printing machine, and discharge bin.
